Try the health food markets. The label must indicate whether they are wild salmon. Ask if you are unsure.
In restaurants, you ask the waiter or chef although more expensive restaurants will usually wild-caught salmon, as well as being healthy, they taste better too.
The fish farming industry says they provide a healthy fish, and fish farming helps protect the wild salmon population overfishing. Essentially, they say their fish are good for you and good for the environment. Both statements are lies.
